Advait Jadhav

Advait Jadhav is a Master's Student at the Center for Vehicle Systems and Safety (CVeSS) Lab at Virginia Tech. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering from Dwarkadas J Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai. During his undergraduate studies, he engineered the electric powertrain of a Formula SAE racing team and was involved in multiple research projects. He is inclined towards Mechatronics and has also developed an Active Suspension System using Rheological Fluids. He is working on a novel design of an Energy Harvesting Tie for Railroad Applications to power rail side devices at CVeSS. Advait strongly believes in interdisciplinary growth and is a people person.

Advait is an artist when he is not an engineer. He appreciates art and practices it at leisure. His creativity and enthusiasm for art reflect his engineering style. He is adventurous and loves to travel.
