Zichen Zhang

Zichen Zhang earned his bachelor degree at Virginia Tech 2018. He joined CVess family at the beginning of 2018 as master student initially. He passed the Phd qualify exam in 2019 and in progress of transferring from master to Phd. Zichen is currently a member of Fedex team, mainly working on mechanical parts: designing and manufacturing the load frame in the tested trailer and proposing load configuration for the test. His research mainly focuses on dynamic modeling and simulation. The topic that he is researching on is heavy truck performing emergency lane change by inputting different steering parameter like steering velocity and max steering angle to analyze the dynamic behavior of truck.
